The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center and close to the river. The fact that it was near the main square, castle, and cathedral made exploring this city very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I particularly loved the stylish design and different colored lights in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow City Center. The staff were professional and even arranged a taxi for us. They went above and beyond by providing a bottle of wine and chocolate as a gesture of apology. despite the initial hiccup, our experience turned out to be excellent.
