The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center and close to the river. The fact that it was near the main square, castle, and cathedral made exploring this city very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I particularly loved the stylish design and different colored lights in the room.

Great location near Wawel castle and river, 7-minute walk to Old City. Very friendly and helpful staff, provided useful information and umbrellas. Booked tours to Auschwitz and salt mine. Excellent breakfast variety. Clean with modern design. a fantastic experience. 🌟

There's nothing too much trouble, I will be back. The location is unbeatable, and staff is efficient! Location near to castle, the river and citycenter. The rooms are cosy and bright. Plentiful breakfast combined with excellent service.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The location in the Jewish neighborhood was fantastic, as it was a lively area with plenty of restaurants and shops. It was also within walking distance of the main square, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel itself was tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist spots.

I was actually surprised by the service at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow City Center. The staff were professional and even arranged a taxi for us. They were great by providing a bottle of wine and chocolate as a gesture of apology. despite the initial hiccup, our experience turned out to be excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
